KABC Payment Tools is a website for the people who build, test and secure card payment systems: tools that show their working, and labs that explain the rest.
Why KABC exists
Payment work is full of small calculations that must be exactly right: a key check value, a PIN block, a MAC, a TLV string, a TR-31 header. One wrong digit costs hours, and the tools to check them are often scattered, locked inside vendor kits, or give an answer without saying how.
KABC puts them in one place. Each tool shows its result and the steps that led to it, so you can check a value in seconds and see exactly where yours differs.
The training and certification labs go one step further. They explain why each value is what it is, let you practise with endless generated exercises, and walk a transaction from the card to the issuer and back.
